Most importantly, at Iron Core, we have FUN! Working out is hard so why not have some fun along the way. In addition to our classes, throughout the year we plan social gatherings and participate in group challenges like dragon boat racing, mud runs, and plane pulls. At Iron Core we understand the importance of balance in nutrition. With a certification in nutrition coaching and a background in behavior therapy, Kerianne teaches clients how to incorporate the foods they love while still reaching their fitness goals
