Our youth training program at Iron Core introduces our youngest members (ages 8+) to the gym atmosphere. Through circuit training, challenges, and obstacle courses, our instructor emphasize proper form and technique to build the foundation for years of training to come. Progressing from body weight to resistance training our instructors guide your children through a workout designed to keep them interested while promoting health concepts.
At Iron core we believe that team work makes the dream work. In class we promote focusing on each child's individual performance while encouraging and building up those working out with us. We harness a positive, uplifting atmosphere where kids can build relationships with their peers and thrive.
We understand that in order to run a successful youth training program and make it a positive gym experience, we have to incorporate fun! Our trainers work on speed and agility through relay races, obstacle courses, and a little friendly competition. We incorporate things kids love like scooters, ladders, and sleds to challenge their physical and mental toughness and promote good sportsmanship.
